Ontario Health Center is operated through the San Bernardino County Public Health Department. The clinical operations provide a wide range of low-cost, confidential health services including: reproductive health, maternal health, HIV testing and care, pediatrics, immunizations, TB skin testing, and primary care. The center maintains a mission to protect health, prevent disease, and promote health and well-being in a friendly and compassionate atmosphere.

Ontario is located in Southern California, east of Los Angeles and has become the economic heart of the region due to its commitment to innovation, planned development, community service, and strong family values.
