Vituity and ACEP Fund New Emergency Medicine Diversity Scholarship

Introducing a $10,000 Diversity Leadership Scholarship for EM residents and medical students.

EMERYVILLE, CA (November 2, 2021)—Vituity, the nation’s largest physician-owned partnership, in conjunction with ACEP (American College of Emergency Physicians), is proud to announce a new scholarship for emergency medicine (EM) residents and EM-bound medical students. The $10,000 Vituity & ACEP Diversity Leadership Scholarship will aid EM residents and medical students who express a passion for leadership and healthcare transformation.

The Vituity & ACEP Diversity Leadership Scholarship will be awarded to one current EM resident and one current EM student, respectively. Each recipient will receive a one-time award of $10,000 to provide academic funding.

Nominations must be submitted by a mentor, peer, or supervisor (not family-related) of the student or resident candidate. Candidates may not nominate themselves. Candidate submissions are accepted through January 5, 2022.
