EMERYVILLE, Calif. (March 31, 2023) – Vituity proudly announces that Becker’s Healthcare has recognized Imamu Tomlinson, MD, MBA, among its 149 Black Healthcare Leaders to Know for 2023. The individuals highlighted on this list foster positive patient experiences, paving the way for the next generation of leaders and promoting health equity.
As CEO of Vituity, Dr. Tomlinson leads a team of over 5,000 clinicians who deliver care to patients at nearly 500 locations nationwide. Dr. Tomlinson also founded and leads the Vituity Cares Foundation, which works to improve the health of communities by inspiring those who are underrepresented in healthcare, providing quality care to underserved and at-risk communities, and addressing social determinants of health.
