Join Us for a Vibrant Evening of Celebration, Community, and Care in Chicago, IL!

Chicago, IL – October 15, 2024 — Vituity Cares is excited to present "Hearts United: Uplifting Communities with Health and Hope," a dynamic evening dedicated to celebrating the power of community, health, and connection. This celebration, Vituity Cares's first in-person gala, will take place on October 26, 2024, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Sheraton Grand Chicago Riverwalk.

With a focus on bringing together healthcare professionals, community leaders, and advocates, this impactful event aims to support programs that drive health equity and well-being in underserved communities nationwide. The event also brings special guests, including comedian Hasan Minhaj, Demola the Violinist, and more. Attendees will enjoy an energetic atmosphere featuring a neon theme, cocktail hour, dinner, and vendor booths showcasing businesses and organizations committed to positive community impact. Throughout the night, guests will experience exciting entertainment and hear stories from those making a tangible difference in the lives of others through healthcare equity.

In addition to several awards recognizing changemakers in the country, the night promises to delight with vivid musical performances from local DJs and drummers and a special performance by Demola the Violinist. The event's neon theme will bring the night to life, celebrating those working to make our communities healthier and more connected!

Vituity Cares is committed to fostering connections between healthcare providers and the communities that need them most. "Hearts United" celebrates this mission and inspires further efforts to advance health and hope for all. Through the Healthcare for All program, Vituity Cares hosts a no-cost community pop-up clinic in dozens of cities across the country, providing medical exams, prescriptions, vaccines, food, clothing, and much more to individuals. Additionally, the Uplift Mentoring Program offers one-on-one mentoring for students of every background pursuing healthcare careers and scholarship and educational resources throughout the year.
