Extending Care with Mobile Health Clinics

Healthcare is evolving beyond traditional care settings to meet patients when, where, and how they need us. One of the most expansive ways we do this at Vituity is through our innovative street medicine program, where provider teams volunteer their time and bring essential care directly to those in need.

Our charitable foundation, Vituity Cares, now extends this reach into over a dozen communities nationwide that are most affected by healthcare disparities, inequity, and underrepresentation. See these amazing teams in action.

Vituity Cares recruits volunteer Vituity physicians, advanced providers, and nurses who bring medical services to unhoused communities monthly in partnership with community organizations. In 2023, our mobile clinics program expanded to more than 500 active volunteers across 16 cities.

By acting on our passion for patient care with programs like mobile clinics, our providers are effectively redesigning care delivery to put the patient front and center.
